Do we sell real septums?


Yes. We have all of our real septums listed as "Real Septums".

 

Which payment methods does Tribal Vault accepts?

 

We accept payments via PayPal (eChecks) and all major credit and debit cards.

 

How long does shipping take?

 

U.S: 4-9 days 
Europe: 1-3 Weeks 
Asia: 3-10 weeks
Australia: 2-3 weeks

Please note that it may take slightly longer for international orders. If you're within the U.S. and you'd like your order to be shipped faster, we offer two expedited shipping upgrade options; priority mail (2-5 days) or priority mail express  (1-3 days).

 

What do I do if my order gets sent to the wrong address?

 

If you made a mistake and did not contact us prior to the item being shipped, your order will not be replaced. Notify us immediately if you've placed an ordered and accidentally input the wrong address. If you'd like to chang your address on your paypal account, please contact paypal directly at

FAQ

What do I do if my order was 

damaged?

 

Send an email to info@tribalvault.com and give us a brief description of the issue (pictures are a plus) and someone will respond back to your within 24-48 hours.

 

Do you accept returns, refunds, or cancellations?

 

No returns or refunds accepted. We do not take cancellations on custom orders. If your order cannot be filled due to an item being out of stock. You have 7 days to return your items (excluding septums). 

 

If I don't like my septum can I return it?


Unfortunately not. The main reason we cannot allow returns on septums are solely due to the handling deeming the item unsanitary for resell. Unless there was a mistake on our end and you received the wrong item. 

 

Do I have to pay for custom orders upfront?

 

Yes. We do not fill custom orders until the order is paid in full.

 

How can I track my order?

 

You can track your package once the order has been marked shipped. You'll receive an email containing all of your shipping info.

 

How will I know if I qualify for the affiliate program? 

 

Send us an email over to info@tribalvault.com and include your social media handle(s) and someone will get back to you if you seem like a good fit into our Tribal Vault Affiliate Program
