When to expect my package?
Most orders will ship out within a day of ordering. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 7-10 business days. We usually do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, TribalVault.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.

When will I be charged?
You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping.
Orders being shipped outside of the continental US are shipped via USPS Express Mail.
While most orders are ready for shipping within one day of ordering, some orders take additional time.
Shipping outside of the continental U.S.
Orders shipped to APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, & US territories will only be shipped via USPS Express Mail. Your order will arrive in 10 to 14 business days.
Gift options
Unfortunately TribalVault.com does not offer any gift box options. Tribal Vault will only include a gift receipt enclodsed in the packaging per your request. To select your gift option, click on “Add Gift Option” during checkout.

Confirmation of shipment
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an e-mail. Simply log in to your account and enter the order number and billing ZIP code.
